About Me
Hello! I’m Isabel, and I’m excited to support you through your journey of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
I received my training as a birth and postpartum doula through Cornerstone Doula Trainings and have over 10 years of childcare experience. My philosophy is centered around my clients' goals and ensuring they feel empowered, strong, and supported every step of the way. I want my clients to have the information and resources to be confident. I deeply care about the reproductive justice side of birth work and am committed to helping you achieve the birth experience you want.
I graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Biology and Social Welfare. My academic background equips me with a solid foundation in evidence-based care, which I combine with a deep understanding of the social and emotional aspects of birth and postpartum support.
After graduating, I spent a year in a small town in France working as an au pair. During this time, I started learning French and had the opportunity to travel.
In my free time I like to be outside. I love to be in the ocean, hike, and run. I also love to read, sew, and cook.
I look forward to being a part of this incredible chapter in your life!
